A DC development in Portugal, delivering 60 MW in its initial phase, with a design focused on scalability, resilience, and high-performance operations. Strategically located near key landing points of some of the world’s most important submarine cable systems, the site provides direct access to major international connectivity routes, positioning it as a critical hub for global data exchange.

The facility is designed to support hyperscale requirements, with a modular architecture that enables phased expansion, high power density capabilities, and flexible deployment configurations. It will incorporate redundant power infrastructure, ensuring high availability standards aligned with Tier III+ specifications, as well as diverse utility feeds to enhance reliability.

Connectivity is a core strength of the project, with access to multiple carriers, high-capacity fiber routes, and carrier-neutral design, enabling optimal network diversity and low-latency performance. The proximity to submarine cable landing stations significantly reduces latency for transcontinental traffic and enhances interconnection capabilities.

Sustainability and efficiency are also central to the design, leveraging energy-efficient cooling systems and optimized PUE targets, supported by Portugal’s growing renewable energy mix. This ensures both operational efficiency and alignment with ESG-driven requirements.
